No battery contacts!
. What was my surprise when I opened the remote to put the batteries in and noticed that there were NO BATTERY CONTACTS (see photo). I didn't even need my physics degree to know right away that this device would never work. It's just a useless piece of plastic. I missed the return window so it's going in the trash. I've since found that you can use your tablet or phone as a replacement for the Roku remote - just search for the Roku remote on the App Store.
