Review on CURT 31068 Front Receiver Hitch - 2-Inch for Ford Expedition, F-150, Lincoln Navigator by Mdl Thurston

Expedition 2012 EL King Ranch. The front mounting posts had to fit a 3 3/8" slot in the truck frame to install. The hitch was closer to 4". I installed it in a different set of holes towards the front of the frame. I figured these holes would be the ones correct holes to use them when lined up all seemed fine until i tried to attach the casing which was meant to be notched i carved it as directed and more it hits each side of the clutch the veil will never return. It most likely should have fit in the 3 3/8" slots on the frame but as I said the hitch was closer to 4". I won't be attaching the housing. The receiver sits 1/4" directly below and is aligned with the decorative bumper. Most likely, it will be suitable for mounting a bicycle. My road trailer's bumper was not designed to mount a bumper.
