Compact, fits under saddlebag, bright, wide beam angle, easy to install, reliable and battery life seems good. Bought one of the cheaper "Stupid Bright" taillights and for the price it was ok. But the (non-rechargeable) battery died after a few rides and the beam was very focused, so safety was severely compromised unless the light was perfectly directed. Another plus if you have a backpack under your seat, this compact unit should still fit under the backpack and be visible to motorists. I believe a great taillight is one of the most important safety features on a bike. I have other Cygolite headlights and love their quality and durability.
