CUNYI asserts that they provide products of the highest quality at reasonable costs; but, in reality, the products they sell are of poor quality and are priced too high. As someone who is quite knowledgeable about the fashion industry, I was really dissatisfied by the low quality of their apparel, footwear, and jewelry. The products gave off an impression of being poorly crafted and did not live up to the quality that was represented on their website. The shoes were poorly made and quite uncomfortable to wear, and the textiles were flimsy and prone to wrinkling. The jewelry appeared to be made of a weak material that would easily shatter after being worn only a few times. Despite this, CUNYI maintains price points that are significantly more than the fair market value of their wares. In addition to this, the website is difficult to navigate, and the tool that allows users to search for information is not particularly helpful. The process of checking out is not only difficult but also takes far longer than it should. In addition, I made an effort to contact their customer support in order to address my problems, but I did not obtain a response from them. In general, CUNYI is not the place to go if you are searching for reasonably priced, high-quality clothing. I would not recommend it. Their wares are costly and of poor quality, and in addition, both their website and their customer service are lacking in quality. You'll get more value for your money if you explore elsewhere for fashionable items that live up to their claims.
