I am a librarian in a busy school library. Last year my expensive 10 year old scanner started to fail. I asked the school to replace them but then Covid came along and we closed. At the end of June, students were asked to return all their textbooks and library books. I figured I was going to face a ton of returns and didn't want to enter 1000 barcodes by hand, so I went to Revain and looked for the cheapest barcode scanner I could find. That was it. Fast forward 8 months, my school is open this year and this scanner is still working! It's a bit slower than my old one and I have to press a button to scan each book, but it's worth the money!
