This is literally my daughter's new favorite toy, without a doubt. I bought this and some barcode labels to play with at the library/pharmacy/store etc. She soon found out it was scanning real barcodes, so now she and her brothers are scanning everything in the house! I opened a notepad on an old laptop and the scanner scans the numbers straight into the notepad so she thinks she's hot with all her official looking scans.
