Exactly what I needed.
I was given a project where I had to enter barcodes into a spreadsheet. 1100 of them. So I started looking for a cheap scanner. This one ticked all the boxes. It was plug and play on my Windows 7 laptop and Windows 10 desktop and got the job done with scanning quickly. It scans the label and moves on to the next cell, just like I wanted. I would recommend this to anyone looking to scan a barcode. It came with a decent guide with barcodes for the custom setup, which I don't need. That worked for me right away.
