Review on Efficient Metal and Stainless Steel Cutting with EZARC Cut Off Wheel - 25 Pack by Jake Larson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works very well, good quality cutting wheels

I like this one. Please read the entire review. Most of these cutters are essentially the same, I'm not saying they are identical or that there aren't any differences between them. They are all (almost) sand bonded with several layers of fiberglass to make them stiff and not easily broken. Some are rougher, some less rough, some have heavier or heavier fiberglass. Essentially. then there are various grains, garnet, carborundum, diamond, ceramic, and the list goes on. I didn't research them, I just got them because I need more of them for a hobby. My hobbies are mostly extreme: welding, milling, working on a metal lathe. All of this requires cut-off wheels from time to time. For reasons other than making cutting tools for a lathe or hammer cutter, the cut-off wheel is the fastest way to machine high-speed steel for general machining. To finish the cut. Change the shape of something on the fly. Now specifically, they work well and cut fast but don't burn too fast. I found I could snip a lot out of them if I followed the old timer method of letting the tool do the work instead of forcing it. For me, that means excellent value for money as well as durability and longevity. And cheap enough if I break one you won't hear any tears.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I'll write later
