I was looking for a USB to GBE adapter that supports PXE boot for our Lenovo X1 Yoga Gen 1 and Gen 2. This one is perfect in every way. The BIOS/UEFI firmware recognized the adapter and immediately presented a PXE boot option. Remember that you should play around with the TFTPBlockSize and TFTPWindowSize registry settings on your DP (or SCCM server with PXE/WDS). This can significantly increase the boot image loading speed on the system. My optimal values were 4096 and 4 respectively, as I have many other Lenovo models to support. Just run them and you will probably find useful information about these settings.
