These beams are about 100mm high, maybe 80mm. We use them on a pair of Marin Sausalito e-bikes. They came with almost flat stems that weren't bueno. We bought the 650mm versions. They are ideal for road works. If you want to walk down a twisting mountain trail like your hair is on fire, these are not your bars. The main feeling I get from them is that they are slim but not too tight. If you're looking for some comfort while commuting, you should at least try them. The only downside is that my beautiful wife loves the fully stocked steering wheel. A phone holder, squeaky toy, and light are a good start, but she'd like a water bottle holder, a beard bag, and maybe some more wind chimes if she can get them. With a narrow band, your options are limited, but at least the squeaky toy made it to the top, which is why she called it "good enough." I'm fine with my bike. I adjust the handlebars so the camber of the handlebars lines up with the steering stem while my very clever wife controls it by pushing it slightly forward. This is to align the backswing with our wrists. I feel very confident with a neutral sweep. They are neither too curved nor too straight.
