They are of good quality and the silicone tips offer a good balance of hardness and softness. The ball ends and the point ends well. But since they are labeled polymer clay modeling tools, I have found that most silicone ends still leave streaks due to the shape of the tool and it takes a lot of work to get a completely smooth result on your clay. I think, that 3 of the silicone tips are perfect for polymer clay and 2 of them are much more uncomfortable. Each peak has a hard edge or point somewhere in the shape. But if there was a hemispherically swollen end that would be perfect and would complete the kit. (I think the manufacturer makes them for nail art tools too, and they work well for clay too).
