Great multifunctional bench
I have a flat Doufit bench but this adjustable bench is necessary and a great upgrade. There are 5 degree adjustments which I feel is very beneficial for upper and lower chest excercises. There is also adjustments on the seat which help stabilize your positions. Another great build I like is the leg lock. You can do seat up with a very difficult angle. Overall I love my purchase.
- Easy to assemble, sturdy and looks good. I would recommend this bench.
- The bench may not be suitable for individuals over a certain weight limit
