I like the ability to see the progress of my candidates on the job search page. It also allows you to track your referrals over time. I dislike that it takes a few days before you can see where your candidates are coming from. You have to wait for people to fill out their information. Also, there isn't a way to send messages directly to candidates if they haven't filled out their info yet. It has helped me keep up with all of my active candidates. It also helps me stay organized when I am looking at a group of candidates.
