Accendo is a very user-friendly talent management platform

Accendo is a very user-friendly platform for talent management. The platform is easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. The platform also has a very good mobile app which makes it even easier to use. The platform is also very secure which is a huge plus. The platform is very easy to use and has a very good user interface. It is also very easy to navigate. There are no downsides to this platform. Great tool - especially good as an applicant tracking system

I like the ability to see the progress of my candidates on the job search page. It also allows you to track your referrals over time. I dislike that it takes a few days before you can see where your candidates are coming from. You have to wait for people to fill out their information. Also, there isn't a way to send messages directly to candidates if they haven't filled out their info yet. It has helped me keep up with all of my active candidates. It also helps me stay organized when I am…

Great tool for recruitment indeed: TalentPulse

The best part about it was being able to create my own selection criteria (or as I call them 'rules') which were then followed by the candidates who made up their mind whether they would be willing or not to work there! There wasn't anything bad at all but maybe could have been more interactive during interviews - just like what we've seen when someone applies online now days? That way you can really get to know if this person has any hidden agenda/motive behind applying. It definitely helped…

The ability to see where my strengths and weaknesses lie compared to other candidates who have applied for the same position. It has allowed me to identify areas I need improvement or training before it impacts my interviews/interviews during which they can give more detailed feedback to help improve myself further.The lack of integration between different applications makes it hard to track all aspects of your application journey. Great for sourcing top talent and candidates

The best part about this solution was its ability integrate itself well into our HRMS system (Talentsoft). This has enabled us get all kinds information from it directly out there at once without having any additional software or setup required apart form just logging onto their website! Its not as easy integrating other systems but they have been working hard towards making integrations easier via API etc which I believe will be available soon too!!
