The best part about it was being able to create my own selection criteria (or as I call them 'rules') which were then followed by the candidates who made up their mind whether they would be willing or not to work there! There wasn't anything bad at all but maybe could have been more interactive during interviews - just like what we've seen when someone applies online now days? That way you can really get to know if this person has any hidden agenda/motive behind applying. It definitely helped me narrow down applicants quicker than other ways i usually go around doing so via different means, including referrals from current team members etc.
