Very well built. The key fob only controls the deadbolt, not the lock on the top handle. It would be nice if it locked both locks or it was possible to lock the handle separately from the bolt. The lock on the handle is only locked and unlocked with a key. I see this as a problem if you manually lock the handle with the key and later (or your kids) come back with the fob to unlock it. Well, only the latch would unlock, and the handle itself would remain locked, essentially not letting you in until you used the key to unlock the handle. Perhaps this can be addressed in version 2.0. The solution is to NEVER lock the handle with the key. When the batteries run out (4 x AA) you will be 1000% locked out if you don't have access to the keys. He had a pro. It's a cool gadget, cons...well, I've pointed out a few areas for improvement.
