Review on 🚗 EAG Rear Spare Tire License Plate Relocation Bracket: Perfect Fit for 2007-2018 Wrangler JK by Ron Mohammed

After trying various products including the JKS license plate relocation bracket this proved to be the strongest and best quality. The instructions call for a 22mm wrench to tighten/loosen the nut, but it's clearly not a 22mm wrench. There are no issues with the nuts fitting the JK stud size and spare tire clearance is good. Most importantly, there is no lateral movement as the mount is mounted horizontally instead of vertically like the JKS mount. This combined with the thickness of the metal made for a very strong construction to hold my license plate, license plate light and also a backup camera for my Jeep Wrangler. Rather than removing the number plate for installation I used a 13mm spanner which allows me to quickly loosen the 2 screws that hold the number plate to the stud rather than having to take everything apart.
