There will be scratches

Before purchasing, I looked at several reviews and found that many people had problems with the laptop lid being scratched. After prolonged use, I can confirm that this is indeed the case. Luckily I have a protective film though, so what gets scratched isn't the monitor itself. I love its slim design and I'm willing to scratch the tread. Without the defender, however, it certainly wouldn't be worth it.
