Review on 🚚 HAPPIJAC Standard Truck Camper Tie Down Set with Turnbuckle Replacement by Jeffrey Sanders

I have used these lanyards twice. They worked perfectly the first time. No problem. They're easy to put on, easy to take off, and get the job done. The second time they got through without any problems, got their work done for the weekend. When I took them off, one of the long ones didn't come off. I had to take a wrench and really twist the thing to get it off the truck. When I removed the turnbuckle, the nut ended up being too hot to touch. The threads on the threaded J hook looked fine, but I couldn't see the threads on the bottom of the nut. I inserted a faucet into the hole hoping to remove the cause of the rubbing, but that didn't help. I haven't spoken to Lippert yet. I will update this review after speaking to them. Update: I contacted Lippert/Happijac, informed them of the issue and asked for advice on how to fix the issue. In just one email with photos and measurements they sent me another turnbuckle and threaded J-hook. Great customer service and they stand behind their products. I am changing this to 5 stars.
