I wasn't sure what I was getting at this price. I had never bought anything from this company so I didn't know how good it would be. It's very well made and will make a great addition if you want a strong flavor! The zester I received before was very flimsy and bent when I tried to use it. This one doesn't bend at all, withstands pressure! It also comes with a nice lid to keep it safe while tucked away. I've used it with lemons, limes, and oranges when baking with these shavings in recipes to add a nice flavor. But this zester is great and for the price a very good price-performance ratio.
