Close but NOT exact, BEWARE!
ATTENTION! It was NOT an exact replacement. The fit is perfect but there were no drain/vent holes. The green circle is OEM and the red circle is what I got from Dorman. I put it on anyway because mine was already covered in dirt. Let's hope this doesn't cause any damage and Dorman will send a new one with the drains/vents already installed. I usually give Dorman 5 stars because their parts are as close as possible, but the last 2 things I got caused problems? quality control.
