If you're looking for a cheap microphone that doesn't pick up all the background noise around you, then this is a good buy. This mic doesn't pick up background noise, so it's very useful for noisy environments. I get a lot of wind and traffic noise in my room using this and it helped isolate my voice while recording. The mic itself is not very sensitive, I found I had to be very close to the mic to be heard well. At this point, I found that I was using the mic with the volume control turned all the way up and the echo control turned all the way up. These were cool features when I first unboxed the mic, but I found it easier to adjust the audio on my computer than with the onboard controls. The microphone costs about 30€ and I am very satisfied! I haven't had any major issues after using it for a few days, but I'll update my review if anything changes.
