SIM not recognized

We bought several modules at different times but none of them could get it to work. We kept getting the message that the SIM card is missing. Internet searches and Revain accused the modules of being buggy and said you can order 10 and find 4 good ones. In the end we found that we put the SIM card in with the back. Ouch! Flipped them and all was good. The module seems to be quite good for this price

Mini GSM/GPRS card based on SIM800L module, supports quad band GSM/GPRS network, available for GPRS data long distance transmission and SMS messaging.
