All what we need was there! The support team, especially from Johnathan who made our first contact with them very helpful at all time - not just once when it's needed to pay an invoice- which I am happy because this software helped us saving lots of paper work in daily business activities.-The pricing model could really benefit more companies (customers?) so they are willing have long term relationships like other suppliers do or even better get paid monthly instead waiting until end each month that can be costly if you don't save enough or make good profit margin-. If your looking/planning building any major projects please take advantage by using their helpfull platform called "Create" where formating templates will create perfect billable hours as well give report out easily without extra effort after billing period finished etc... We use FBS mainly only during initial build plan stage but also some maintenance jobs were part during project too:-) The ease of use, the ability to quickly create forms in the software. The ability to work with 2D drawings and 3D models. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful. There are some features that could be improved such as the inability to export to PDF (only option is to save to CSV). We have been able to streamline our manufacturing process by creating die costs using FormingSuite. It has allowed us to reduce time spent generating documents and reduced errors.
