The best thing about this software is that you can use it in your own way. You can edit the rules or add new ones as per your need. It's not easy to learn, but once you get used to it, it won't be difficult at all. I have been using it for my personal projects. I am able to extract data from different documents and then organize them into categories. I haven't found any specific problem with the software so far. I would say if you are looking for a simple text processor, this might be the right choice for you. I have been solving problems of categorization of texts.
