Some issues but they work
I'm not sure if the item has been changed recently or if I received the wrong parts. However, the instructions make it clear that larger "inner" holes should be used for drywall/plasterboard mounting. However, the radius of the supplied screw heads is too small and will slip through the larger hole and not work. So, after a few failed starts and a few unwanted holes in my wall and a few wasted wall anchors - you can use the smaller "outside" holes. Once installed they seem to work well and hold things up well (5-20 pounds).
