I bought these garbage bags because they were advertised as "thick". In practice, you only have to fill them if you have a lot of bulky waste, which is very light. For example, fill them with lightweight Styrofoam containers (no food inside) and other non-essential trash. They also had a very unpleasant defect in which the roller had a stretched groove. For the first two bags, this resulted in each bag having a pre-use hole. It wasn't a big problem as it stopped after the 5th pocket. But I would love it if it took longer.
