I bought this test camera to replace the aftermarket camera that came with the main unit I installed that failed. This fitted perfectly into the old camera's mounting hole and came with a very long cable so I was able to install it like the previous camera without any additional connectors. The camera is set to have mirror and grid lines for use as a rear view camera, but can be changed to have neither grid lines nor mirror image or both depending on the application. The resolution is good and the night picture is much better than the camera it replaced.
