The picture is not bad for a cheap camera. There are no instructions. Installed on a 2015 RAM 1500. Installed the camera in the rear bumper and routed the cables through the bumper into the spare tire well. Drilling a hole in the bumper and in the well required a 1/2" x 14" bit, I just had one on hand. The rest of the wiring to the receiver is routed under the side moldings of the front and rear doors below. Almost what I expected. I think most license plate cameras look cheesy. I soldered a hot wire and grounded it to my car's reverse light (so it only lights up when reversing).
