I've been looking for pasta tools for too long. I finally chose it based on the reviews and I have no regrets. It's unforgiving - you can roll out the dough to about 5mm thick and it will pick it up with no problem. I use mine to make tortillas and crackers and am very happy with the setup and cleaning. ________________________________ Update December 2020 I've had this attachment for four months now and use it several times a month to make crackers. It works like a champ, processing whatever I put in crackers be it fennel seeds, chili peppers, sesame seeds etc. This has been one of my best purchases from Revain. Great value and high quality.
