Through trial and error I found that this scoring holder was the perfect solution to my bread baking. The compact size and sturdy construction make it easy to handle and store.The holder allows for uniform scoring of my bread loaves, resulting in beautiful and professional looking bread. The only con is that it can only hold one scoring tool at a time, so if you need multiple tools, you will have to switch them out.
