4.5 stars. What I like: Top 9.5 x 12.25, bottom 8.75 x 11.5. The depth is about an inch. Fits my new Cosori CS100 and CS130-A0 Smart Airfryer (CS100 oven fits 12" pizza, narrowest internal width 12.75"). WORKS AS A CARRYING TRAY: Sixteen 4-ounce yogurt jars (64 ounces total). Preheat the toaster in toast mode at 400°F for 20 minutes, turning 180° in between. It didn't coil because the fat dripping off the bacon spreads the heat evenly. Food, cold I think in the middle of the pan, wondering if the whole pan is filled with food and/or if the sheet pan is in the middle position, not too close to the heating elements, would that fix the problem or maybe change Black cast iron, it will never warp, haha. Haven't tried frying or toasting dry foods yet, will update with biscuits or roast duck later. I soaked it in soapy water for a day or two. , and sticky, dry baking materials came off instantly. Unlike my non-stick coating, they didn't rust either. What I don't like: Nice high gloss finish but easily scratched no matter how careful and diligent you use and clean it. I prefer the brush finish. Updated: It warps easily when FRYING (doesn't warp when air frying or grilling, but works as a grill) meat on a wire rack in a pan because there aren't enough drips of meat to distribute the heat unevenly. To fix this, I fill the pan with just enough water to cover the bottom and then sear the meat on a rack, but then the meat looks more like it's been steamed. I wonder if a wavy design would be better?
