I watched a video where tapping on the combs first helps with pulling. It worked. I parked my car in the sun and the surface temperature got very high. I then tapped the dent gently before attempting to pry it out. It seemed to work great. I'm new to this and haven't spent much time on it, but on my first try I'd say the dent removal was 90-95%. You hardly see it now. I'll probably work on it some more because I'm a perfectionist. If you're going to buy a dent remover, don't do it without tapping first. I think you'll find this works a lot better!
