Nice to have - hand tool
Works very well, even better than expected. I was quite skeptical, but it holds the #1 Phillips screw very tight. I have a lot of small/short #1 screws at work that I keep dropping. It's a stroke of luck for them. Not the most reliable mechanism, but time will tell. It's not that I just throw the toolbox around, I feel obligated to babysit it. So far I'm glad I bought it.
