I like that it can be used from any device, with its ability to sync data across devices is very useful for my business needs! The software has some bugs at times which cause issues when using certain features such as creating reports or uploading documents; however these are easily fixed so they aren't too big of an issue once you know how things work (or what not). It's easy enough for anyone who knows their way around excel/google docs etc but also offers support if needed - great service overall!! We've been able use this system since we started our new job back end office manager role last year. Our team uses different methods including phone calls & emails during busy periods where there isn’t time available face2face meetings between staff members due do scheduling constraints within each department / shift pattern schedule. This helps us keep everyone informed about upcoming changes quickly without having multiple people going over notes separately via email after hours only adding more workload onto already stretched.
