The best part of this software is that it can be accessed anywhere in world as long there's internet connection available.

It also allows us (as an organization) to keep our clients updated with their tasks even when they're not physically present for meetings or training sessions etc. I would like more customization options so we could create custom reports easily without going through several steps which may take some times sometimes! This helps me save my precious working hours since i don't need to go back-and forth between different apps/software just because one task requires multiple inputs before being completed.
