We prefer natural single ingredient treats for our 43 lb medium sized rescue mutt. These bully sticks fit that bill.However, these are more like bully strips than bully sticks. We timed her eating one and it lasted 1 min 33 seconds. It seems they sliced the beef pizzle lengthwise into thin strips before drying/cooking. With the bag being decently sized it looks like you're getting 6 whole bully sticks each being 5" to 8" in length, however, you're really only getting 1/2 or 1/3 of a pizzle per strip.This bag costs $23.99 (that's approx. $4 a stick at the time of this review) and with the entire package weighing in at only 3.45 oz (that's nearly .58 oz. per stick) it's no wonder these disappear within minutes.She absolutely loves these since money is no object to her however, it's not something we can justify continually purchasing.Hopefully this information helps with your purchasing decision.
