All plastic case looks very cheap and the plastic is generally not the best quality. To be honest it looks and feels like a dollar store instrument. The bits and bit holder are strong and of better quality than the main body, but the bits themselves fit too freely in the tool and the magnetic "grip" is very weak. Switching between ratcheting and locking positions is clumsy and not smooth. I don't think you should expect anything better at this price point; because you would pay significantly more for a higher-quality screwdriver with the same features (e.g. ratchet operation, multiple bits, built-in bit storage). It is a good storage tool in your tool bag, glove box or kitchen bin. but nothing I would worry too much about if I lose or lose it.
