4 years in use, now completely dull. Sharpening services are useless.

Has worked fine for 4 years. Never broken and I use it with care every day knowing it's fragile. The grinding service is a joke. Get a steel knife that you can sharpen yourself. Bought another one as a gift and it broke but was put in the dishwasher. If you buy one, handle it with care and don't expect a sharpening service. They purposely make it absurdly expensive so you don't.
