The bottom hook fell out of the net and broke. There is no way to contact the company.
I've tried to find the Trunk Nets Inc. website but it doesn't exist. Wanted to get a new plastic hook to attach the net. Without this it will be useless. Please note that if one of the parts breaks, you may not be able to contact the company to obtain a replacement part. Bad customer service if you can't fix the product. Look at the photo, the piece of plastic that contains the grille has broken off.
