In the week that I've had this sewing machine, I've made a cover for it, hemmed jeans, shortened tulle curtains, sewn house pants for my husband, and patched a blouse. Only one needle is needed. No matter how thick the cloth or thread, you must not pull them up or bend the needle. In all likelihood, the tasks I've outlined above represent the entirety of my sewing career, and the machine has performed admirably throughout. I bought it for 3.5 thousand and it sews everything from tulle to double-layered denim (I even sewed the seams!).
