Some reviews have mentioned that it's a bit too big and doesn't fit - that wasn't my experience. It can be a bit wider, but no more than 1/4 inch - not enough to really notice or curl the sides. It came folded in a box that was about 1/4 the size of the mat unfolded. I left it in the sun for a few hours and all the creases it had from shipping were gone. My years of experience buying charging mats for my vehicles has shown that this mat is thick enough to expect a long and reliable life. strong enough but not so thick and stiff that it doesn't fit where needed. The problem with very thick/hard floor mats is that the edges won't lay flat when items are placed on them - which could be the case if you fold down the rear seats to carry something long that's resting on or over the edge. Floor mats next to the rear seats. You won't have any trouble with this rug and that's another reason I like it.
