How do you ruin a roll of paper towels?
As mentioned in previous complaints (only seen after I had problems) there are 2 layers in the middle drawer which would normally be fine, the problem is the perforations are offset not together. This makes detaching difficult. it's just a paper towel. it shouldn't be that hard.
