This is an amazing upgrade for Toyota!

Bought to replace my whiny Toyota horn. After years of frustration with my car horn sounding more like a squeak than a horn, I googled for a solution. There is a lot of information out there and I have realized that I am not alone. That's probably what brought you here. Installation was a little more difficult than I had imagined. Access. I didn't have easy access to the horn because of all the plastic guards and the bumper assembly. I chose to work through the small cutout rather than removing the bumper. You may want to double check that you can access your horn before purchasing.2. Assembly. As expected, the original horn, there is only one, small. It would be much easier to put another horn and this one has two. I had to make some more metal brackets and make a triangular bracket along with one of the attached ones to attach two horns to one hole.3. Place. There is very little space where the original horn is installed. Installing two horns there required determining the correct length of custom brackets to ensure the two horns would fit. Even so, the horns had to be rotated so they weren't facing each other or parts of the car's frame. TIP: Make sure the horns, vehicle frame, or other obstacles are at least 3 inches away. Otherwise, the horn has an oddly muffled effect. This is similar to how a trumpeter blocks the end of his instrument with his hand. 3. Wiring. Another inconvenience, but I had to get my own wire and spade terminals to connect the horn. After the painful installation, I'm happy with the final product. I installed it without a relay, so far everything is fine - the volume is good and the fuses have not blown. I've had to use the horn several times and I'm very satisfied with the sound! Sounds like a real car. One note: the original horn faced forward. The horn of this product is made in the shape of a nautilus turned sideways. While it's quite loud, I think it could be a bit louder when facing forward. I was looking around and might get a Hella Sharptone for my next car as it has a front end design. https://www.amazon.com/Hella-922-000-731-Sharptone-Horn-Kit/dp/B00R3O0Y0M/
