First of all, this is a really high quality product. I'm glad I bought an OEM genuine Toyota item. A few things to note: - This is an "envelope" style mesh. It works great to prevent food and objects from rolling all over your back. But think of it like a hanging big wide basket. the bottom is thin. In other words, the top is solid and the bottom can use a strong bungee cord or something. If you have an aftermarket rear floor mat, it could potentially cover the mounting points. This could be a problem for you. There are additional attachment points at the top, lower in the rear of the cab. stretch the mesh at these specific points for a long time. Basically I am satisfied with the product. Just know that this is not a tight four-anchor web. It's more like a hanging net. Large objects could potentially slide right through the floor.
