Review on CounterBooks by Jason Richardson

The ease of use, customisable features as well as being able to access from any device makes this system easy if you are used with it but not at all daunting or difficult once using! I do like how simple some things can be compared with other systems out there - especially when comparing them side by side so we always have something new under our belt which gives us ideas/insights into what else could work better etc., i dislike having less flexibility in terms of my users' ability to see certain data fields they want (eg Sales vs P&L) without needing additional training / support. Having more control over sales reporting would also allow me greater visibility into where profit margins were coming from versus spendings areas. It allows multiple people within one team across many sites to share information quickly & easily between eachother whilst keeping their own records separate.
