I bought it based on reviews and characteristics. But one thing you can't tell from the reviews is how the faucet's design affects where the water goes in your actual sink. And in this case, after paying a professional plumber to do the installation work, I found that the included faucet was designed with such a severe arc that the water flow almost touched the rim of the sink. - So much so that I can't do anything with the water - fill the glasses with water, wash the food, fill the pot with water, because it's impossible to bring water to the source in the sink. Now I CAN stand there and hold pots and water cups and a strainer over the sink and let the water splash and splash onto the kitchen counter and faucet, but even then the water flow is so narrow I can't flush the food down the center of the strainer . Sometimes even water gets on your own grip! I am really disappointed with this and would certainly like to know this about the faucet design before investing in the installation. I had an unheated reverse osmosis faucet before installing it and this faucet was great in its functionality. Also, water didn't flow once my professional plumber installed it properly. It took quite a bit of frustration and time, and we took it apart a few times before realizing there was debris in the faucet blocking the flow. After all, it doesn't matter how awesome a device(?) could be when the faucet's design allows for such unfriendly functionality!
