no instructions provided, but it worked after ruining 1st one tried.
These worked, but had to guess at how to install. Ruined first one by trying to install it on the rod before pushing through the hole in the latch release. This wasted it but had 2 more for that side.
- Not sure why the tailgate latch comes from the factory with a plastic part vs a metal one!?
- May require modification to the OEM parts, which could void the truck's warranty
