I keep my boat in a warehouse where there is no electricity. I only take a boat once or twice a week. This solar charger fully charges my battery in 4 days! Battery voltage checked today. The trolling motor battery was used all day on the lake. I charged the battery for 4 days and the voltage was 13.88 volts. I checked the starter battery this morning and it showed 12.4 volts and as soon as I connected the solar charger the voltage showed 12.8 volts. My plan is to flip the charger to save batteries. I'll probably take the batteries out in the winter. I ordered an extension cord so I can lift the solar panel off the ground and place it on the trailer drawbar and to make it more convenient I put clamps on the 2 pigtails that come with the kit so I can screw them on them to the battery. I just change the batteries and put them in one at a time. Have one or two, you won't be disappointed.
