Review on NutriChef PKELKN8 Electric Knife by Terry Looks

I use this to cut my cooking pumpkins that I have harvested. Makes the job easier than using a regular knife, takes a little effort but is still a lot easier. What I don't like is that my thumb slips off the control knob when wet and I have to stop frequently to adjust my grip. You know how oily the meat can be, which can interfere with slicing a turkey or a roast, I do the job pretty sloppy. In addition, the kit includes two different sets of knives. One for bread, one for meat. I have no idea which is which. The instructions and picture are so small you can't tell which is which. It would be nice if this was marked on the knives. But I've used both sets for my pumpkins and both work well. I think it will work great with meat and bread if I get a chance to use it for that. All that said, works well and gets the job done for me.
